- I've came up with the idea of blogging everyday for this week only as I've got the week off. It's easy to plan things in advance but when I've actually sat down to write seven blog posts, I discovered I have writers block.
- Great!
It's so hard to try and plan what to write when you're stuck for ideas and when you've hit a brick wall. Writers & Bloggers, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about here. Sitting down to write and having no inspiration to write or ideas that are good enough to write about sucks. So I've taken a few weeks off to feel inspired.
I've been feeling more myself over the first few weeks. I've rediscovered running which has made me feel healthier and given me a bit more energy. And I forgot how much I love running. I've been running along the sea front and it's been beautiful to run by the sea...this is for another blog....
I've been feeling happy, positive and I thought I'd share what's made me happy in the last few months and what I have to look forward to in the next few months.
1- I've been running... I already said this...
2- I'm on the count down to our trip to Florida..Under 70 days to go...
3- I'm loving the sunshine, Summer is on it's way...I have the worst tan lines already!
4- I booked tickets to see my little sisters production at our local theatre. Her school production is 'In the Woods.'I generally can't wait to see her as Florence!
5- I've slept better and not felt tired all of the time. I have feeling like I have no energy to do anything and I hate not being able to get things done when I feel like this.
6- My sister is due her baby next month and I can't wait to meet my niece!
7- Taking time for myself, having five to relax and have me time. Having a bath and a cup of tea at the end of a very long day is well needed.
8- Passing my Mental Health course I've been doing. I've been keen to learn more about mental health so I can use this to help others.
9- Soundtracks particularly musical soundtracks. I've become rather found to listening to different musical hits such as Somewhere that's Green from Little Shop of Horrors, I Say No from Heathers, Hamilton's Burn and You Matter to Me from Waitress. I would love to see these shows in the West End.
10- Nature. I'm loving flowers and plants at the moment. I love having a vase full of flowers to brighten up the room or an indoor plant that I can water and take care of. Nature is so pretty this time of year.

There are so many more that I could name and add to my list. Having time to focus on yourself, your mental health and the positives in life is important.
Is there anything you have to look forward to in the next few months?
What makes you happy?
